Saturday was busy.

Pickled what is probably the last harvest from my cucumber plants and made 5 more pints of salsa. Right now I’m staring at about 7 pounds of heirloom tomatoes which I think I’m going to roast and can to make sauces with this winter. Clearly, I need a bigger pantry.
