I think (maybe? please?) Spring might finally actually be settling in. Ok, so it did snow yesterday, but it didn’t stick, and I’m going to just pretend I didn’t see it.
Anyway! Warmer weather means patios, margaritas, and usually some sort of chip and salsa. Yum, right?
Unfortunately, these days tortilla chips don’t always sit well on my stomach. A while back, however, I heard about a pretty genius and oddly healthy alternative: Kale Chips.
Just cut off the stems and use an atomizer to spritz them with a mist of olive oil. Place them on a greased baking sheet and pop into the oven on 350 for 10-ish minutes! Sprinkle em with salt when you pull them out and enjoy!
